| Noelker and Hull Associates is a full-service architecture, master planning and interior design firm providing award-winning design solutions to colleges and universities since 1957. Our experience includes a diverse portfolio of master planning, site planning, feasibility studies, programming and design, with particular expertise in student housing and dining facilities. Our designs complement the campus community and promote students’ quality of life. We execute projects across the United States from our offices in Chambersburg, PA, and Frederick, MD. Our firm is large enough to undertake any project, but small enough to have few layers of management. Each client works directly with our principals throughout a project.
